- Customs documentation (international returns)
- Detailed packing instructions
3. Prepare Your Package
Include all original items in their protective packaging:
- Dust bags for leather goods and footwear
- Specialty boxes for eyewear and jewelry
- Original tags attached to apparel
4. Ship Your Return
Drop off at any authorized carrier location:
- US Customers: Use the provided FedEx label
- International: Return via DHL with included documentation

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
